The IT Systems Administrator will help maintain and improve our systems, network infrastructure, and end-user support.

• Associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5 years of experience supporting class servers and applications
• Experience monitoring and resolving issues in a ticketing system
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and delegate elements of complicated projects
