Job Description
The IT Systems Administrator will help maintain and improve our systems, network infrastructure, and end-user support.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of experience supporting class servers and applications
- Experience monitoring and resolving issues in a ticketing system
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and delegate elements of complicated projects
